The purpose of this position is to provide efficient and streamlined administrative support for select social service programs which serve individuals facing homelessness and significant socio-economic barriers. Our programs provide free life skills training as well as pre-employment training opportunities to help our clients find stability and self-sufficiency in their lives.


As part of the programs team, and reporting to the Manager of Program Operations, you will be the key contact person for program participants providing them with support and answering programmatic inquiries. You will correspond with them on a regular basis to ensure they are updated and informed about program schedules and requirements.

As a tech-oriented person, you will be able to help new participants set up devices provided and ensure they have no issues with accessibility to online program materials and platforms. You will also set up new participants with our Learning Management Software (LMS) and assign learning plans based on the program curriculum, in collaboration with your team members.

In order to keep our clients engaged and supported upon the completion of the program sessions, you will drive the Alumni Program by planning and executing alumni events and engaging with alumni on social media channels and online discussions.
