UPPER SHELF WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Upper Shelf Upper Shelf is an employment-focused internship program for individuals of all faiths and backgrounds who are facing barriers to employment and want to pursue a career in warehouse management.
The program runs 12 weeks. Training takes place on-site at our North York warehouse facility, where interns learn through the management of donated inventory including clothing, sleeping bags, hygiene supplies, and other essential items that are distributed daily from our Mobile Jewish Response to Homelessness (MJRH) outreach vans, to people in our city who are unhoused.
In addition to hands-on learning, interns complete a series of self-directed online workshops. Graduates receive the warehouse certifications and hands-on experience they need to launch their career in warehouse management!

- Ability to commit to the full 12-week program
- Required to participate in Ve’ahavta’s employment services through Employment Ontario as part of the internship
